Yes, all packages provide a professional and friendly attendant to assist guests, manage the booth, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

We typically arrive about 1-2 hours before the event to set up and test all equipment, ensuring we’re ready to go when your guests arrive.

Wi-Fi is helpful but not required. Our booths can run offline during the event, and any digital sharing will queue and send once a connection is restored. We also bring our own Wi-Fi, but signal strength depends on the location, so for the best experience, a reliable venue connection or hotspot is ideal.

Absolutely! If the fun doesn’t stop, neither do we. Just let us know in advance or during the event if you need us to stay longer!

Yep! You’ll get a private online gallery, but if you want a physical copy, we can provide a USB copy of all your photos, GIFs, and videos for an additional fee.
